This past week I have only received cred for half or less of my total steps?
We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your Go365 steps on your Fitbit. We see your steps coming through from your Fitbit as of recent since 1/17/19 which would be today. Please confirm your steps are matching on your Fitbit account as well. If you have any issues in the future please disconnect and reconnect your device or reach out to us!
On the 16th after I did not hear from you I did call after re booting and the call taker I called took care of my problem. Thank you
