Site has been down..my rates went up and I cant get in. Very frustrating!!

I have an active account. I just cant log in!

We apologize for any confusion, but we do not see an active Go365 account for 2019. Were you able to sign in 2019 at all? Again, if this is something that needs to be updated, please reach out to employer to make sure Go365 is part of your 2019 policy.
I did create an account, last week and downloaded the app. I was able to get in for 30 min and have had the same message that all of my coworkers have had.
We had a humana rep in our office this monday to help us get up and going and it was down when she was here. She was also here the monday before that and we were unable to get in then. It has been down all month to our knowledge.
So my point is you raised my rates and a way to offset them a little bit I am unable to use!
