My Fitbit hasn’t counted steps in go365 for some time. Seems this a pretty big issue among Fitbit users. Is it the device or Go365 issue? How do I get this fixed?

To make sure it is connected properly, can you disconnect the device from Go365 and reconnect it to make sure you are logging into your Fitbit account when connecting it to Go365.
