My gym had a beacon that accidentally got thrown away according to the front desk. How do I get points for checking in? Is there something I need to do to send Humana my gym ID number?

Also, once you log into your account you can see if the gym facility can be connected on your account by searching the facility based off the zip code under partnered facilities.

I can't tell from the dashboard if I get any points checking in to the gym
but when they had a beacon, I could see the 10pts right away on the
dashboard. I can see it for steps and the quizzes I take. If there's a
different screen I need to go to see gym workouts I need some guidance if
you would, please. Thank you!

Did said gym facility confirm if there is still a beacon check in or if they are going another direction? Unfortunately, if there is no way to check in the gym facility we would not be able to get that data. So, we would nee to confirm if the beacon is still there or you can connect the gym facility to your account with your membership ID through the YMCA.
