Hi. My points for my workouts aren’t correct for 1/10, 1/11, and 1/12. I read it may take up to 72 hours to be correct, but today is the 16th. Thank you.
We apologize for any concern you have regarding your Daily Workout Points being incorrect. We see on our end you earned 20 Points on the 10th, 10 Points on the 11th, and 7 Points for the 12th. Can you confirm and verify what Points you believe are incorrect?
That’s what I see on my end, but from the way I understand the points it isn’t correct.
On the 10th, I burned over 600 calories, so it should be 30 pts. On the 11th, I burned over 400 calories so it should be 20. On the 12th, I got over 10,000 steps combined so it should be 10. I use the Apple Watch for daily activities and the Garmin to exercise.
