Can anyone answer why I am not receiving my 10 points for 7500 plus steps even after 72 hours?
We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your Verified Activity of 7,500 steps or more. We see on our end that you have been rewarded correctly as of 1/17/2019. Please log in and you should see this reflect accordingly in your Go365 Earnings Statement.
I just checked my statement and the points are not there.
We apologize, but we JUST updated this and it will reflect within 48 hours. Points are updated as of 1/17/2019 for the Verified Activity of 7,500 steps or more.
The points still have not shown up and I am not even getting the activity now even with the zero points.
You will have to make sure the activity is selected and activated. We again, see the points reflecting on our end as of 1/17/2019.
I have never selected that activity. It just showed up. Where would you select that
Recommended activities would be where you would select that activity or have it showing for you.
