I had verified workouts since 1/1/19, the last 2 days unable to get into GO365. Finally today was able to access and lost all my workout points from the first of the year. In addition, I had almost 15,000 points and am now at 5399. Very frustrating.
We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your Go365 account. We see your Points and Bucks correct for 2019. Unfortunately, Points/Bucks do not roll over into the new policy year unless they're possible Bonus Bucks. On our end, Bucks and Points look right according to the activities completed so far.
My year started January 1st. Steps are on the calendar but no points were
awarded for 1/1/19 to 1/15/19.

We would advise about 24 hours for Points and Bucks to be awarded once steps are posted. You will be able to see this in your Go365 Earnings Statement.
