I can not submit photo proof for activities in order to obtain points and i am not receiving points for completed challenges.
We apologize for any concerns you have submitting a photo proof for a Challenge. Our IT department is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve this. Please be reassured that once this is resolved you will be able to submit proof still and get rewarded.
I hope it gets fixed soon. I haven't been able to get my points since the first of the year.
