Not getting points for Health Assessment

I completed my Health Assessment some days ago. On the assessment page it shows that I completed all six components. But for some reason the system is not recognizing this - on the main page, it still says I need to complete my assessment and it isn't giving me my "Go365 age". What do I need to do? I've viewed all the reports as well, but that didn't help. Thank you!
