I can not submit any photos for activities completed. It does not give me the option to upload a photo. Is this a problem with my acct or go365?
Sorry for the delay! This has been resolved. You may need to uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app for the update to be able to submit your proof.
I tried followed your instructions but still cannot submit photo proof. I have now lost out on 75 points.
Hi Sandra! Sorry for my confusion. Is the activity complete? Did you uninstall the Go365 Mobile app and reinstall? Your Points will be backdated once you can submit the activities.
