How do I change my email address. I thought I already had but old one keeps coming up and when I put the new one in it says they dont match. Help, please?

If you log in and go into your account & settings you should be able to edit your email and set it to the preferred email address you would like. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for this to completely update on your account once changed.
I tried that and it won't let me in account settings. I changed the email
already and recieved gift cards last year. I dont understand why it took
the old one back.

We apologize for any confusion. If this is the case and if Go365 is through your employer, you will have to get it updated through your employer. We go off the information provided to us through what your employer sent to us in regards to your enrollment. If it is not letting you change on your own, that would be the process you would need to change your email address.
