For a few months starting July 2018 my app was keeping up with points.
Somewhere between September/October/November the data went missing and does not appear on statements nor will it sync from my health apps.
We apologize for any issues you are going through. Our systems can go back as far as 60 days so unfortunately we cannot get the previous months information. We would advise to make sure applications and devices you are using are up-to-date and also connected properly for steps to be pulling through. We would advise disconnecting and reconnecting to reestablish a proper sync.
