My verified physical activity for 5000+ steps has stopped recording. As a matter of fact, I am now seeing zeroes going back to October 2018 for some reason. Can someone please assist?
Sorry for the concern with your activity Points. I can verify that your Points are being awarded, are you seeing the 0 on the Go365 Mobile app? I am working with our IT department, it seems that the Points may not be showing on the Go365 Mobile app but they are on the website. Can you please log into the Go365 website and let me know if you can see the Points there as well?

Sorry for the delay, your Points are being awarded they are just not showing on the Go365 Mobile app. Our IT department is working on a resolution for this. Please be assured that your Points are being added to your total number of Points and Bucks.

Hi Gina! Sorry for the delay, this is an issue where the Go365 Mobile app statement is showing 0 Points awarded. However, if you look at your statement through your internet browser at www.go365.com, you will see the Points awarded and added to your total.
