Unable to log in for over a week "log in failed a general exception has occurred" is the message both me and my husband get. I cannot access our account to add activities and renew current tracking stuff. We are losing points because of this.
How do we fix a "log in failed. A general exception has occurred" that keeps popping up whenever we try to log in??? This has been going on for almost two weeks and we cannot update our activities or challenges.
