Is your workout data showing on your Garmin account? If you have not synced your Garmin tracker with your Garmin account recently, then your most recent data will not be received by Go365. After syncing your device, please allow 24-48 hours for the data to be transferred to Go365.
Yes, my activities are showing on all my devices connected to Go365. I
have already restarted all my devices and waited the allotted time before
I contacted you. This has happened in the past and always needs to be
fixed on your end. Please fix.

The last date Garmin has sent us activity was on 1/9/19. I am unable to manually pull/request any data after that date. Do you typically sync your Garmin tracker using the Garmin Connect app on your smart phone? If so, please open that app now, and ensure the syncing process is completed.
Yes, my Garmin has been synced thru the app and web site. It's not just
my Garmin you are also not showing my Apple Health info and my MyFitness
Pal information. These are also synced with Go365. Like I said this has
happened in the past several times and needed to be fixed on your end.

I can now confirm that we have received, and awarded, your Garmin data through 1/24/19. It takes about 24-48 hours for the data to transfer to Go365, after you sync your tracker with your Garmin account.
In regards to your Apple Health connection, please delete your Go365 app, reinstall, and reconnect Apple Health. When reconnecting, it is very important that your "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with Go365. How to connect Apple Health
Once these steps have been completed, please be sure to frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app. This helps push the data over to us from Apple Health.
Unfortunately, there is no food or weight data on the myFitness Pal account you have connected with us. You can also disconnect and reconnect the correct myFitness Pal account (if you have been tracking either of those measurements recently).
