Since 12/30/18, I have received ZERO points for anything. My Fitbit is connected and syncs automatically, but I have also been syncing it manually several times a day. I have made sure everything is updated and even deleted the Go365 app on my phone and re-downloaded it. Every day, there are zeroes instead of my step points. I have re-taken the health assessment and gotten no points for that. At first, I thought there was an issue with your website since I continue to be redirected to an error page when I try to log in.This is frustrating. Please HELP!
