I have been attempting to Login and every time I have, I keep getting a message that says "Login Failed". I have changed my password twice now and it's becoming very irritating. Why can't I login. As a note, I am not on Twitter.
We apologize for any concerns you have in regards to logging onto Go365. Unfortunately, we do not see an active policy with Humana or Go365 since 2018. We would advise to contact your employer's HR department to make sure your documentation and policy are updated.
My name is Jason. Are you saying I have no active insurance policy at this time? Maybe I need to register with the Humana portion of the Go365 app? I don't know what's happening. I was able to login in the earlier month of January 2019 and now when I login in get a message saying login Failed. I have tried to change my password with no such luck. I did happen to notice that someone else posted the same issue on the Go365 community board as well. If I need to supply some ID insurance card numbers to prove I have insurance then please instruct me where I need to talk to or email or whatever I need to do in order to get this issue resolved. I'm kind of shocked that this is happening.
We apologize for the confusion, Jason. At this time, we do not see an updated policy since 2018. We would advise you to contact your employer's HR department or contact your leader so we can get the updated enrollment information. We base your Go365 plan off the enrollment we receive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause, but this is what we would advise going forward.
Hi asked my supervisor what's going on and apparently we (the employees) received a different policy, so it's now clear to me why my login information wasn't pertinent. My apologies as my knowledge on this subject was N/A.
