I have not Received my points for my sleep log. I know I am owed for at least 2 weeks. Can you help figure out what the problem is?
We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your Sleep Log Points. We pulled data from your Fitbit device and see the sleep data coming over. What we did was refresh the data for 2019 and also reposted it to your Go365 account. We would advise 24-48 hours for Points to reflect accordingly.
