We apologize for any concerns you have regarding your Apple Health connecting to Go365. Unfortunately, the latest data we are seeing is from 1/10/2019 as well. We would advise disconnecting and reconnecting your Apple Health device to Go365 to make sure sync is re-established. Yes the fact that the data isn't showing up in the go365 app is the problem. The steps show up fine in the Apple Health app but go365 isn't reading them. I've already disconnected and reconnected the Health app. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue?
Did you also make sure to allow Go365 to pull data from Apple Health? This MUST be done. We also advise to delete the app from your phone and re-download it because we have gone through significant updates throughout the beginning of the year.
Yes I have allowed go365 to pull data from Apple Health. Yes I have deleted the app and re-installed. Any thing else I should try?
Any more ways for me to fix this? At this point it not reading my steps is costing me money. I’d love to get this fixed asap.
