My account shows 0 points for ”Verify Physical Activity - 5000 steps dating back 1/13. Will these points ever be awarded?
Sorry for the delay! There is currently an issue on the Go365 Mobile app where the verified activity is not showing awarded. However, if you go to your Statement on the Go365 Website you will see that the Points are awarded.
This is being worked on by our IT department and will be resolved shortly. I can assure you that your Points are being awarded to your account! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!
