I never received the $50.00 (5000 points) Amazon Gift Card ordered on 12/26/18, even though the previous order history shows it as "delivered." Thank you.
We apologize for any concern you have regarding your order. We see that the order is actually an e-gift card. If you log onto your GO365 account you will be able to go to Order History and should be able to see your previous year Order History. From there, you will be able to pull up information regarding your previous orders.
