my Snap Fitness workouts are not being registered. how can i confirm that my account is linked to Go365?
We apologize for any issues you are having connecting your gym facility to Go365. We would advise to make sure its a qualified gym that can connect to Go365. You will also need to make sure the information entered to properly connect your gym facility to Go365 is correct as well. If it is a Beacon check in, you will need to make sure your locations and Beacon is on when checking at the gym.
thanks. the gym comes up on your list of approved locations so how would I tell if its not approved? its not a Beacon check in. How can I confirm that the correct information is loaded, when I pull up the info on your site it says I am 'all set'. can you assist?
No problem, Daryl! If the information has been entered correctly such as the gym ID or key fob, your email, and the gym location; you should then be able to scan in and earn Points. You will earn 10 Points per day for each check-in. Since this message "all set" came up you will just have to scan in and will be good to go!
