My connected device shows that I have achieved the step goal everyday this week, but my daily totals shows I didn’t in the app? Where is the problem? How can it be fixed??
We apologize for any issues you are having with your Step Goal or device registering your data. We see on our end that your Verified Activity has been rewarded to you as recent as 1/24/2019. We also see your data on your Apple Health registering correctly as of today!
As you can see in the enclosed screen shot, for 1/22,1/23,1/24 and 1/25 no
points were awarded for reaching the step goal of 7500 steps or more. It
says +0. How is everything registering correctly?
