I can't get it to update. Other than erasing and re-downloading, what can I do?
We apologize for any issues you are having on with your Apple Health device. We would advise to make sure the device is properly synced. We suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your device to Go365 so that the connection is reestablished. It is also important to make sure to allow Go365 to pull data from Go365. If it is still giving you trouble, we would advise checking to make sure your phone is also updated.
