How can I leave challenges since my Samsung Health app is no longer syncing?
Unfortunately, once a challenge has started you are unable to be removed from it. Do you have any other devices that can be connected to Go365 for the time being?
Any chance I can get credit for my steps from my Samsung Health app? It appears to be synced and all permissions granted.
I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately, there is not a way to manually enter the steps for Shealth.
Is there any chance Samsung Health will start syncing again? I am not getting any credit for my steps.
