How do I get points for daily workouts?
In order to get points for your workout, you'll need to have a device on your person so your steps can be tracked. This can be a smart phone (with an app to count steps), a watch (with capability of tracking steps), or an activity tracker (like a pedometer). A complete listing of devices and apps can be found by going to the Device and Workout Guide and then going to Connect your devices! for set up.
