My account has reset twice this month, once at the beginning of the year and again on Jan 25. I've lost all my points from Jan 1-24. How do I get my points back?

From what I can see in the app, my account lists 0 (zero) points earned before Jan 25, 2019. It acts as if I am a brand new account (although I can see my previously purchased items with my past points). I have been a member on the app for years so I definitely had points before Jan 25. My points already reset to 0 around Jan 1st for the new year when my status reset but I had not lost any points as of that time. The only thing I can think that has happened within my account is that I had to reset my password after a period where the app was down for maintenance and I couldn't sign back in using my fingerprint.
