I cannot get past the login screen on go 365. I do not get a message that anything is wrong. It just will not advance.
We apologize for any issues you are having logging onto your account. Are you logging onto the application or the website? The reason we ask is because we are not seeing any errors on your website. We would advise logging onto your account on the website first to make sure 2019 terms and conditions have been accepted. If this has been done already and your accessing the app, we would advise deleting and reinstalling the app to make sure its up-to-date.
