The data permitting is on but nothing is happening. Please help
We apologize for any troubles you are having regarding your Samsung Health connecting to Go365. We do not see a device connected at all. We would advise disconnecting and reconnecting the device to make sure to allow Go365 to pull data from Samsung Health. I should have worded it differently. I can't get it to connect with Samsung
health or my fitness pal

No worries. We would recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it on your device to make sure you have updated version. After that, you should be able to connect your Samsung Health or My Fitness Pal to Go365. Please make sure to allow data to be pulled by Go365 else connection will not work.
I downloaded the app yesterday. When trying to connect Samsung health it
does nothing, when trying to connect my fitness pal I get an error. I have
turned on data permitting as well.
We would advise turning off your phone, restarting it, delete and re-download the applications so that correct connections can be established.
