My steps are reporting inaccurately. My phone shows 7521 and I am receiving credit in 365 app for only 6917. I have attached screenshot. I also have a previous post of missing steps that has yet to be resolved.
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, for 1/28 have now updated. Please allow a full 24-48 hours for your steps to be fully transferred to Go365, this is the normal TAT. Also, frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app helps to push the data over to us from Apple Health for efficiently.
