I had four activities that ended today and I can't upload pictures. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice.
Do you have the most recent update for the app? When I updated my app a couple weeks ago, I was able to submit pictures for Fitness Habits.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled from the App Store today so it's about as recent as possible.
Ragan - How many days does it state are remaining for the activity?
It says 0, but it's said that for more than 30 hours now (since early yesterday morning).
Anyway, a representative helped me out in chat yesterday so we are good for this month, though I suppose I want this fixed so I don't have to go through all that next time.
Deleting and reinstalling the Go365 mobile app should take care of the problem! Please let us know if you experience otherwise.
