My FitBug workouts are not appearing in HumanaVitality.
Workouts are transferred from Fitbug to HumanaVitality several times a day. In order for the workouts to appear within HumanaVitality, they must first be uploaded to the Fitbug website. For this to happen, you must have a good connection from your smartphone to the internet.
Some Kentucky State Employee offices have limited wi-fi connectivity which can affect your data transfer of your steps from your smartphone to the Fitbug servers. To assure that your steps are transferring properly to Fitbug, it is helpful to step outside the building and manually sync the data using the Fitbug app. This should allow your steps to be transferred to HumanaVitality later in the day. The steps should appear on the 15 Day Dash challenge page within 24-48 hours.
I have downloaded the Fitbug app and everything is in sync. I still am unable to get the Fitbug information to show on Humanavitality! Why doesn't it automatically interface?
Which Fitbug pedometer are you using? You need to be recording steps with one of their pedometers for the app to send information to HumanaVitality.
Please disconnect and reconnect your account to HumanaVitality.
