Why is Go365 not counting my steps counted on my applehealth app?
I can confirm that we were receiving, and awarding, your data from Apple Health up until 1/26/19. When is the last time you signed into your Go365 mobile app? Doing so is what pushes the data over to us from Apple Health.
I do not see the data from 1/26 to the current day and there is also data missing from 12/6 to 1/26 and I had signed in multiple times between those dates.
Please delete your Go365 mobile app, reinstall, and reconnect Apple Health. When reconnecting, please follow these steps: How to connect Apple Health. It is very important that you "turn all categories on" when reconnecting, to ensure all data types can be received by Go365.
