How can I get my points for steps daily. I am getting 10,000 plus daily. Can I send a screenshot from my phone
Hello Karen. We appreciate your question. We accept data from the device you have connected through your Go365. We would advise if steps are not showing correctly to disconnect and reconnect your device from and back to Go365. However, we want to reassure you that we are receiving your Steps data as of recent as of today, 2/4/2019.
