My Fitbit isn’t sinking and I’m not earning and rewards or showing up in my challenges! When will this be fixed?
I can confirm that your Fitbit account is connected to Go365, however, we are only being sent sleep data. Please disconnect your Fitbit account, and then reconnect. When reconnecting, be sure that all data types are allowed to be shared with Go365. Let me know when you have completed this process.
