Why are my points not showing up when my device is synced?
I can confirm that we have now received, and awarded, you for this Fitbit data. Please keep in mind that if you want to be awarded daily for your steps with Fitbit, then you will need to open your Fitbit app and allow your tracker to fully sync with your Fitbit account/app each day (most people sync before bed). We do not receive the information from your tracker directly, the data must be synced to your Fitbit account first.
