I recently hit silver status (5,000) points. I haven’t received my bonus. And it says I’m 2,700 Points from silver (instead of gold). When will this be fixed?

Please know that if there are other adults on your policy, the threshold to reach a higher status level increases as well (whether they are actively participating, or not).
