I have checked in 2 times for the beacon at my YMC, my points will show from my Daily workouts but not for me checking in. How can this be corrected?
I can confirm that we are successfully receiving your check-in data, however, you will only be awarded for one fitness activity per day. Therefore, if you went to the gym, but also had over 10,000 steps with your Fitbit (10+ Points), you will not see your Point total increase for the day. You are awarded for a check-in, or fitness device data, not both.
I apologize for any confusion!
On your point breakdown sheet it does not say as an either/or type of points awarded nor could I find fine print that has that laid out either. It’s misleading and should be addressed.

If you click Activities > Fitness > View details under Verify your workouts > (2) Start earning Points for your workouts!
It does state under this section:
"How do you want to track your workouts? You can earn up to 50 Points each day for one of the data types below. We’ll always choose the workout data that earns you the most Points."
You can also click on Quick Links > Ways to Earn. On the bottom of page 4, it states "* Calculating daily workout Points: Each day, Go365 will look at Points earned across all workout types and award the category with the highest value for that day. Points are awarded for one workout type per day. Week is defined as Sunday–Saturday. Maximum of 50 daily workout Points can be awarded."
