I can't get the Go365 app to synch up with my fitbit =(

On my Go365 app, it says that FitBit connected, but my steps aren't showing up on my statement. I originally had HealthKit and Fitbit connected at the same time, but I disconnected HealthKit by deleting/reinstalling the Go365 app. My account on the website says Healthkit is still connected, but I want to use the Fitbit exclusively. Help?
