Need help with updating my Go 365 to a new plan

My husband switched to my insurance plan.  Last year, he was with Human/Go365 under his employer.  When it was changed, he no longer has access to Go365.  I contacted Go365 and they state he had to contact his employer.  We have done so and they directed to this as the fast way.
