Can you clarify what gift cards were ordered and also when?
I ordered two gift cards. Picked two from Amazon. One was for 75 dollars
ordered on 12/21/2018. Second gift card was for Amazon for 10 dollars
ordered on 12/23/2018. I have order #s. Thanks for getting back to me.

David, you can go into your Go365 Order History and see previous years orders. From there, you will be able to see the codes needed for your Amazon E-gift cards.
I'm no longer with Humana. I changed jobs. Around the end of the year.
Would that be a reason it wasn't sent. I earned the points. It won't give
me any info. On the go365 website. Order # s are 10990011 for 75 dollars.
And 10994185 for 10 dollars. My mom got hers about a month ago. We ordered
at the same time. We do have the same address. Thank you
