App just stopped syncing my data.

My fit bit is not syncing to go365. I can see the device is paired and everything is up to date. I deleted and reinstalled the App and now I see the missing days but it says zero despite me having >10,000 plus steps each day. How do i fix it So that I can get credit for my steps.
