When I look at my 365 statement it recorded the steps accurately but when awarded points it wasn’t correct. For example I walked 6,000 steps and only awarded me +1 point. How do I get those point corrected?
It is typical for partial Points to show for the day, until all step data has been transferred to Go365. This can take up to 24-48 hours. As long as you are frequently syncing your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account, your Go365 account will be up to date within that timeframe. Keep up the great work!
