You are correct. 10% of your Points are carried over from one plan year to the next, automatically at renewal time. I can confirm that you were already awarded 1,158 Points and Bucks at renewal (1/1/19). There is no separate line item for this on your Go365 Statement, but they do award/carry-over automatically.
