On 1/25/2019, I received an email from Humana saying the device I am using will be retired soon and will be replaced by a complimentary Fitbit Zip fitness tracker. The email had a code that I should paste. I clicked the link and pasted the code. It never asked me where it should be shipped to and there was no confirmation. I'm not sure it even worked. I called Fitbit.com and the girl did not know what I'm talking about, told me to call Go365. Has anyone had this problem as well?
