Hi, I still haven't received the 35 points for attending the webinar in January. Points were supposed to be deposited by Jan. 31st, yet I haven't received them. I did screenshot proof that I would be getting points. This makes the second time I've inquired about this on this platform. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also, I have already completed the required survey. Thanks!
