I had a G2 pedometer that I eventually gave to my husband to use for go365. We are no longer on the same insurance and he nor I have had any direct messages about going forward. What should we do or who should we contact?
I apologize for the concern with your device. If you uploaded steps in 2018, the account that had the steps uploaded will have received the communication. If your Husband was using it actively, he would have received the email.
He never received an email. What does actively mean? He uploaded his steps about once a month.
