I was wondering why I got the 15 points? I have total 676 points (Walking, Exercising, Running). I did for two hours, but why I got the 15 points? Why not 30 points? Please see attached below for seeing points.
I apologize for the delay! As long as each workout is tracked with the same device and meets the requirements individually for a workout, the Points will be added together.
After reviewing your workouts, I can see that some did not meet the requirements to earn Points. Please be sure each workout burns at least 100 calories and they are burned at a rate of 200 calories per hour.
For the day, I walked to a gym from my home for 20 minutes. When I arrived the gym, I worked out for a hour and 30 minutes. When i am done with the workout, I ran for 10 mins. After 10 minutes of running, I walked back to home for 20 mins.
I did walking, working out, and running for 2 hours together. Walking, Working out, and Running are all together in the 2 hours but why some of them did not meet the requirements to earn points? Which ones of them didn't meet the requirement?
Walking (20 minutes and 20 minutes): 89 and 173 calories burned
Running (10 minutes): 125 calories burned
Workout (1 hour and 30 minutes): 289 calories burned
