I had been unable to login due to a “general exception” for the last week. Now that I can finally log in, all of my data is gone, and I’ve been reset to blue (I was on the way to gold). When will this be fixed?

I had been unable to login due to a “general exception” for the last week. Now that I can finally log in, all of my data is gone, and I’ve been reset to blue (I was on the way to gold). When will this be fixed? The continuous problems with the app are very frustrating. This is already twice this year something has gone wrong.
