When I try to connect my beacon in participating facility it won’t connect. I KNOW that it is a participating facility so don’t ask or tell me that. I’ve done everything I was directed. Why wont It connect?
Per your other post, we need to know if it is a Beacon check-in facility or a scan in check-in? If it is a Beacon check-in you will need to turn on your location setting and Bluetooth on for the Beacon recognize you are at the facility.
I am having the same issue.
As I already said, I have done everything that I need to. I know how to do it because I got instructions on the website. It freezes. I deleted and re downloaded the app. Guess what? That didn’t work either. I know my gym participates because I looked it up on, guess what, your website. I’m not an idiot so I’m not sure why you are treating me as if I don’t know how to do what I need to get my gym points. It’s happening to others as well. It’s an issue on your side. Can you fix it or what?
